Your remodeling start date is upon you and it’s “crunch time”.

Have you asked yourself: “What goes? What stays?”

Now is a great time to take inventory of what needs to go (for sure) and what is it that you just can’t live without.

A great idea is to make a list of each, and for the items that you know are leaving, you can decide what is worth selling, good items that can be donated for reuse, and those items that just need trashing.

The whole point of remodeling is to make space, declutter, renovate, and buy new stuff such as sleek cabinets and appliances!

Depending on whether you are remodeling for reselling, or finally realizing your dream space, there may be some items that you love, have sentimental value to, or just look great as is that you may decide to keep, such as this unique door frame pictured above.
